Returns and Refund policy

30-Day Returns

We hope you like everything you order from us, but if something is wrong, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Please notify [email protected] of your return, stating your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we will send you an email letting you know that your order has been approved and a refund will be issued. Packages sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with no tags removed. Please return items in their original packaging, including any plastic wrap.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet our standards. Returns with any signs of use (worn, damaged, stained or missing hang tags) will not be processed.

Return Process

Step 1: Contact our customer service team via email at [email protected] to request a return. Provide your order information and reason for return.

Step 2: Once your request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how to return the item.

Step 3: Send the item back to us via a tracked shipping method. This ensures the item is returned safely and can be tracked during its transit.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will issue a refund to you via the original payment method. This process may take 7 to 10 business days.

The refund amount will be minus the original shipping cost (if applicable), unless the item is faulty or wrongly delivered.

Late/Missing Refunds

If you still haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.

Next, contact your bank. There is usually a processing time before the refund is credited.

Order Changes/Cancellations

Requests for changes and cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will confirm when the order is applied.

You cannot change your order after 24 hours.
